Deposit policy
We accept deposits on an item over €100 only. This must be at least 50% of the value paid by card or cash (vouchers and credits not accepted as deposits).
Deposit items must be collected paid in full within 30 days. We will call you to remind you of your upcoming payment due. Failure to pay the balance will result in a loss of deposit. Deposits are not transferable or refundable. Items bought on deposit may not be returned.

Credit notes and Exchanges
Items may be returned within 7 days of purchasing (unworn with all labels in place) for a credit to the value of the item. This must be used within 6 months of return or credit note is forfeited. We offer exchanges in store as an alternative.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for items purchased in store.

Promotions and seasonal sales
You may use your vouchers and credit notes in the twice-yearly seasonal sale. They may not be used for any mid-season promotions that we may do. These are strictly card or cash only (this will be clearly detailed upon advertising). We do not accpet returns on any sale or promotional items.
